Rebuilding the Pacific Palisades fire has been a lesson in
humanity and connection.

We consider it to be a great honor to redefine what it means to come HOME.

#ITS ALL-IN THE DETAILS

Thoughtfully designed around this family’s high functioning and daily rhythms, we placed the kitchen, family room, and indoor-outdoor living spaces at the center of the plan.

From concealed kitchen storage and expanded refrigeration to a purpose-built shared office, dual workout space, organized mudroom, and flexible homework and sleepover zones, every element was tailored to support efficiency, family connection,
and ease.

The result is a bespoke residence that reflects their love of gathering, wellness, entertaining, and coastal living—balancing clean, calming design with durable materials and layered spaces that evolve with their growing children.

#COMPOSING THEIR NEXT CHAPTER

This bi-coastal family’s home draws from New England shingle style architecture, interpreted through a lens of understated transitional elegance.

From the herringbone hardwood foyer and detailed panel mouldings to coffered ceilings and a seamless kitchen–breakfast–family room that opens generously to the backyard, the design balances classic craftsmanship with effortless functional flow for intimate or large family gathering and entertaining.

Vaulted en-suite bedrooms created for each of their three grown children, a serene primary suite for their next phase, and a lower level featuring a gentleman’s speakeasy, wellness studio with sauna, wine room, and an expansive guest retreat for future grandchildren, the home is thoughtfully built to honor both tradition and their growing family.

#HOME OF THE FIGHTING IRISH

Reimagined to reflect a family in transition—honoring the needs of two nearly launched children, an active soon-to-be teen, and parents preparing for their next chapter.

Rooted in a modern organic palette of muted tones, hand-applied plaster, natural stone, and layered earthy textures, the architecture balances warmth with restraint, creating spaces that feel grounded yet refined.

Designed to evolve gracefully, the home preserves private rooms for each family member and welcoming guest quarters, while expanding its capacity for effortless entertaining as it shifts toward hosting teens today and empty-nester gatherings in the years ahead.
